• A 24-hour rescheduling or cancellation notice of an appointment is required
• Failure to comply by the cancellation policy will result in a $150.00 NO-SHOW/LATE CANCELLATION FEE which will be charged directly to you

• If you decide that you do not want to use your insurance or do not have insurance for your therapy, you agree to pay the fee for service for that session
• The fee for intakes is $150/hr. The fee for a 60 minute individual, marriage, or family counseling/therapy session is $150.00 per session. If the session extends beyond the allotted time, it will be prorated at $2.50/minute in addition to the fee.
• The payment is due at the time of the counseling/therapy service
• Sliding scale fees is offered to clients based on prior arrangements
• Payment methods accepted: cash, check, or credit card
